Mount Lucas’ mission is to provide institutional clients with low cost exposure to liquid alternative markets across asset classes and market cycles. Goals and Benchmarks

Mount Lucas is committed to enhancing the diversity of our organization through the hiring process. To achieve this goal, Mount Lucas must actively seek candidates from underrepresented groups. Employee Education and Training

Mount Lucas has engaged a Diversity Consultant to further strengthen the firm’s teams and culture. This consultant is an affiliation of experts and thought leaders in the field of organization development, leadership, team development and strategic processes, specializing in helping their clients develop a culture that sees the engagement of diversity as a core requirement of doing good work and unleashing creativity on teams.
