DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION

Mount Lucas’ mission is to provide institutional clients with low cost exposure to liquid alternative markets across asset classes and market cycles. We recognize the diverse makeup of our clients and their needs require a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusivity from their asset managers. Throughout our history we have strived to foster that culture of inclusion, where diversity of thought as well as background are both welcomed and encouraged. Equity in the workplace is vital to the goals we’ve set as an organization and is integral to the continued growth of our company and community. As a firm we have pledged to implement a number of best practices in order to work toward our DEI goals.
